The Irminsul is the pillar that supports the world in Germanic tradition. The cosmic axis or tree, which serves as the connecting axis between masculine Asgard and a femenine Earth. A symbol of cosmic order, as defined by the god Ttr, whose rune (Tiwaz) the irminsul represents.
These hand-made Irminsul pins are individually crafted from lead-free pewter using the traditional sand-casting method. Pin and clutch are nickel. It measures 1 1/8″ tall and 1 1/4″ wide.
